BACK TO THE PRESENT

THE world is loud. Rallies are everywhere. Election is closing in. The virus is in constant news. Its hard to be quite. Changes is the new norm and we are forced to adapt.

Beyond the distractions nature takes its course. I walk on nature reserve today Squirrels jumps between trees. Mother deer tending on her fawn. Chickadee’s singing, my dog’s relaxing.

We humans are gifted with the ability to think. What a blessing to be able to reason. I look at myself. I do not use reason enough. Add to that my phone is my new best friend. Clicking away impulsively. Time well spent? Another day…
