Imagine waking up at 5:30 in the morning.

Meditate for 12 mins, sip the morning coffee, 12 minutes on the treadmill, 12 minutes of bodyweight workout, drive my son to school, 12 minutes nature walk, 12 minutes in the church contemplating and then off to work.

That’s my life four weeks ago.
